The Senate is expected to vote today on a budget proposal for fiscal year 2012 from Senator Patrick J. Toomey that, in several ways, is even more radical than the House-passed plan of House Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan.  We’ve just issued a brief analysis of the Toomey proposal.
